General Summary
The main responsibility of the role is to support the Sakakemang Project in the area of HSSE for the Seismic and followed by Drilling process. The incumbent will be working closely with Talisman HSE Team and Seismic Project Team.
This is a nine months contract position with possibility to be renewed based on necessity. The position is on rotational basis (28/28 days on/off) during the execution phase of Seismic/Drilling activity.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop HSE procedures relevant to onshore Seismic and/or Drilling Operations
- Manage HSE contract service relevant to Seismic and/or Drilling Operations
- Act as a focal point of promoting good implementation of HSE at field onshore Seismic and/or Drilling Operations
- Provide coaching on HSE disciplines to workforce
- Deliver HSE Training to workforce
- Provide assurance of good implementation of HSE Plan during entire period of seismic and/or drilling operations
- Lead/coach workforce on Risk Assessment and its implementation
- Represent Talisman HSSE at Field in dealing with Contractor
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Technical or Technical Diploma-3 commensurate with experiences
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in Seismic and/or Drilling Operations as HSE
- Well conversant of HSE and able to demonstrate success in dealing with HSE issues commonly found within Indonesia’s Oil and Gas industry especially in Onshore Seismic and/or Drilling Operation
- Familiar with managing contract according to Indonesian Oil&Gas’s PSC Regulation for HSE matters
- Has experiences in providing HSE coaching and delivering HSE Training
- Has experience in development of HSE procedures and in managing Contractor Safety Management System
- Has a strong safety leadership and behavior to manage team achieving a target zero culture
- Good command in English both oral and written
