Process-3 Services Solution Sdn Bhd (P3SS) is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia on 18th March 2005 and fully owned by Malaysian bumiputera’s. P3SS was formed to venture into business relating to the oil and gas industry. We are a PETRONAS Registration and License holder that enabling us to operate in the oil and gas industry.
Our principal activity revolves around the CHEMICAL SUPPLY business and other businesses related to chemical applications. Although our main clientele are from the oil and gas industry, especially Petroleum Refineries, we are actively serving the power generation, chemical manufacturing and other manufacturing industries.
PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall coordination and controls of the projects.
Responsible to draft preliminary project budget prior committee review and approval.
Responsible to ensure that the project is manageable and implemented within the stipulated budget.
Responsible to supervise the Engineers and Coordinators in respect of their daily activities.
Responsible to establish upkeep and report the project control functions.
Responsible to liaise closely with the client’s site representative with regards to the day to day management of the project.
Responsible to ensure that all projects are within contractual schedule, budget, manageable cost and quality requirements in accordance to the KPI(s) set by the Management.
Responsible to ensure quality management system & HSE management system are enforced within all projects.
Responsible to establish project management team and define the job description/assignments of each member of the team.
Responsible to ensure the required resources for the project are available on board at all time.
Responsible for liaison with the client for all aspects of the contract.
Responsible to represent the Company to the client through all stages of the contract and contractual requirement.
Responsible to attend all progress meeting and other discussion as requested by the clients.
Responsible to supervise, monitor and control subcontractors and suppliers for successful project management.
Responsible to establish final project management report and related proposal for project team claims.
To carry out any other duties which are not specified herein as and when required as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in oil & gas industry specifically in chemical decontamination, mercury and benzene monitoring and/or scheduled waste management.
Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Strong leadership skill.
Willing to travel and relocate.
