Parts Coordinator
Kuala Lumpur 
Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate parts sales activities
  • Order parts from principle/ supplier
  • Support parts enquiries
  • Maintain customer relations
  • Maintain parts transaction records
  • Monitor parts sales performance
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Report parts order status to customers
  • Resolve issues related to parts order
  • To issue invoices for parts and field service
  • Submit sales and marketing report monthly
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent
  • Good command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written
  • Able to work as a team with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Self-starter, proactive and resourceful
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
